Classes are offered on a sliding scale and are open to all regardless of gender identity/expression or past movement experience.

In-Person
I offer in-person Trauma Sensitive Yoga sessions for individuals and small groups. These gentle, body-centered sessions are designed to support safety, choice, and reconnection with the body—especially for those healing from trauma or chronic stress. No prior yoga experience is needed, and all bodies are welcome.
