Services Offered

Social Work and Therapy
I offer trauma-informed therapy for individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief, life transitions, and more. My approach blends somatic practices, social justice values, and compassionate presence to support your unique healing journey. Whether you’re hoping to process past trauma, improve communication with a partner, or build greater self-understanding, I’ll meet you where you are with care and flexibility. I provide virtual sessions across Massachusetts and Rhode Island, as well as in-person walk-and-talk therapy in the Dedham and Providence areas.

Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitation
As a certified Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Facilitator (TCTSY-F) and RYT-500 yoga teacher, I offer one-on-one and small group sessions that invite you to reconnect with your body in safe, empowering ways. Trauma Sensitive Yoga is an evidence-based approach designed for survivors of trauma, focusing on choice, interoception, and agency. It can be especially helpful if traditional talk therapy feels limiting or if you’re seeking a body-centered path to healing. Sessions are accessible to all bodies and can be offered virtually or in person.

Restorative Practice and Trauma Informed Care Consultation
In addition to therapy, I offer trauma-informed consultation and restorative practice facilitation for schools, organizations, and community groups. I draw on my background in social work and restorative justice to support teams in building more compassionate and sustainable systems of care. This work may include staff trainings, Circle facilitation, and collaborative planning around trauma-informed policies. Whether you’re looking to create safer spaces for clients, students, or colleagues, I’d be honored to support your mission.

My Approach
Being a human can be challenging and complicated. Connection and collaboration can make a world of difference. Some folx reach out when they are navigating a life transition or relationship issues, while others are trying to move forward after experiencing trauma. Some want to feel better and form more meaningful connections in their lives. Whatever your context, I will work to build an understanding of your unique and complex values and story. Once this is established, we can work together to harness the type of growth, change and resilience you are hoping to find.
Through warmth and engagement as well as the use of a variety of therapeutic tools and thought provoking questions, I work to ensure that you leave the session feeling seen, heard and clearer on how to move forward. Trauma-sensitive, somatic and social justice practices guide my work and approach as well as creative interventions and a community focus.
Investment & Accessibility
I believe therapy should be financially accessible while also supporting high-quality, sustainable care. My standard fees are $175 for individuals and $185 for couples, and I use the Green Bottle Scale (from Alexis J. Cunningfolk) to offer a flexible, community-oriented sliding scale. If $175 or $185 are not financially feasible for you, please feel free to reach out to discuss sliding scale options and see how the Green Bottle Scale works. I’m happy to talk through it with you.
I also accept several insurances in MA and RI, since these shift, please contact me for details and current availability.
