In-Person
As a certified Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Facilitator (TCTSY-F) and RYT-500 yoga teacher, I offer in-person Trauma Sensitive Yoga sessions for individuals and small groups. These gentle, body-centered sessions are designed to support safety, choice, and reconnection with the body—especially for those healing from trauma or chronic stress. No prior yoga experience is needed, and all bodies are welcome. I currently offer 1:1 in person sessions in Easton, MA at Elm St Yoga and occasional at additional studios in the Boston and Providence Area.

“Trauma robs the victim of a sense of power and control; the guiding principle of recovery is to restore power and control.” Judith Herman
Trauma sensitive yoga responds to this reality by always emphasizing and allowing for internal choice-making; making space for participants to choose how to interact with movement or rest at any given moment.
