3. No Therapeutic Relationship via This Website

Submitting a contact or consultation request form on this website does not establish a therapist-client, yoga facilitator-participant, or consultant-client relationship.

A formal therapeutic relationship is only established after:

• A completed initial consultation
• A signed informed consent agreement
• Compliance with all applicable legal and ethical requirements for therapy practice in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, including those set forth by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) Code of Ethics

4. Scope of Services

Angelica Emery-Fertitta is licensed to provide individual and couples therapy in Massachusetts and Rhode Island only. Services include trauma-informed therapy, somatic and embodied approaches, trauma-sensitive yoga facilitation (TCTSY), relationship check-ups, and restorative practice consultation for individuals, couples, and organizations.

Yoga and restorative practice consultation services may be available to participants outside of Massachusetts and Rhode Island, but therapy services are limited to residents of states in which Angelica holds an active license. Please contact us to confirm eligibility before scheduling.
